Everything from our warehouse is sent 24-48 hrs of receiving your order, and once payment is received. We use Royal Mail recorded delivery ( for reliability and traceability) in a small number very small number of cases, deliveries do not arrive when expected . All E-tailers are in the same situation so no matter what they promise, we are all in the hands of 3rd party couriers . Our current success rate for next day delivery is over 98% which is one of the best in the industry.

RETURNS
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase then please contact us within 14-days of the purchase date to obtain a returns number. Please do not return any goods without first contacting us and obtaining the returns number. Once you have the returns number please return the goods for a refund. Once your goods have been received we test  then replace : or refund you by your original purchase method.cheque or draft. If the goods you have returned are not found faulty by our trained technicians the goods will be returned to you at your cost.

Goods are guaranteed free from fault and sold "as is" genuine product. free from defect. With 30 day money back, from receipt of goods ,with replacement or refund, if found to be faulty. within this period.

Please note that we are unable to refund delivery charges, some of our prices exclude delivery charges and some, unless the product is advertised as 'free delivery', have delivery charges included.

Goods return must be in 'as-new' condition, to include all original packaging materials, batteries, instruction manuals and any accessories included.

You will be responsible for the safe return of the unwanted goods and we strongly advise you to ensure that they are adequately packed and insured during transit. we recommend royal mail recorded delivery.
